Service Description
This appointment is for tax organization and to ask and answer questions. We will then contact you by phone and/or email once your taxes are completed.
Cancellation Policy
Drop-offs do not need to schedule an appointment. We have a 24-hour secure drop-off location for you. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours of the start time of your scheduled appointment time. If you are within the 48 hours please call (608)479-0676 to reschedule or cancel. Available time slots do vary in length and if more time is needed to complete your return, we can schedule a follow-up time or contact you once they are complete for pick-up. If you do not show for your scheduled time slot and have not cancelled, rescheduled the appointment, or contacted Fair Street Taxes, we reserve the right to refuse future services to you.
